Hand sanitiser is accessible to all guests, whether at the Camp Centre or The Farm House. Because all camp activities take place outdoors , this is a Covid-19 safe environment. When groups gather for meals and talks, social distancing protocols are observed. We have a maximum of two campers per dorm to ensure social distancing.
what do i bring?

Farm House guests need to self-cater completely. Bring walking shoes and tick & mosquito repellent, sunhats, swimming towels and costumes. The dams are shallow so please, no diving!
Please provide your own firelighters, braai wood and charcoal (remember matches, too).

how do i get there?
From Johannesburg:
Take the R512 past Lanseria Airport towards Haartebeespoort Dam. Follow the R512 until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto the R511. (There is a Sasol garage just after the left turn.) Turn right at the R512 to Brits going over the Hartebeespoort Dam bridge.Follow the R512 until you reach a T-junction. Turn right towards Brits/Sun City. Continue all the way to the 4-way stop and turn left onto the R104 to Mooinooi. (There is an Engen garage on the right at the 4-way stop.) Travel further and take the indicated turn-off right to the N4 Toll highway towards Rustenburg. The on-ramp is about 1km after this right turn. After about 38km take the Buffelspoort off-ramp off the N4. The toll fee is R15.00 (2017). After paying the toll keep left until you reach a T-junction. Turn right, pass the Buffelspoort ATKV resort on your left, and turn left at the very next stop sign. (This is just after a bridge over Sterk Stroom). As you turn left you will see the sign to Sparkling Waters. After approximately 10km take the Kloofwaters turn-off left which leads onto a dirt road. (Kloofwaters Intermediate School is on your left). Continue, keeping right at the fork. Turn right into Kloofwaters Farm. This is about 1.5km from the tar turn-off and the school.
From Pretoria:
Take the M47 (Hendrik Potgieter) out of Joburg until the large intersection with the N14. Continue straight over the intersection. (The N14 continues here with a Sasol garage on your left). Follow the road until you reach a T-junction to the R563. Turn right onto the R563. After about 300m keep right at the fork. After 20.5km including the Hekpoort Pass turn left to Magaliesburg/Bekker Skole. Travel 11km until the T-junction. Turn right onto the R24 to Rustenburg. (Lover’s Rock will be on your right immediately after the turn.) Continue 60km towards Rustenburg passing Olifants Nek Dam on your right. Once you have come around Olifants Nek Dam you will reach the first stop street on the R24. On your right hand-side there is a butchery/farm store. Turn right here and go approximately 9km to the next stop street. Turn right again, sign-posted Sparkling Waters Hotel. Travel 12km and pass the turn-off to Sparkling Waters and Kumbagana Game Lodge. Straight after Kumbagana turn right. This becomes a dirt road with Kloofwaters Intermediate School on the left. Continue, keeping right at the fork. Turn right into Kloofwaters Farm. This is about 1.5km from the tar turn-off and the school.
